These terms cover fillachair.com, the Fill a Chair iOS app, and our SMS program. By using the service or requesting a text, you agree to them. Contact [email protected].

SMS program

Fill a Chair may text one-time login codes, last-minute chair openings from a shop you opted into, and optional rebook reminders. You consent on the website by entering your number and checking the SMS box (waitlist or one-time login). There is no keyword opt-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For privacy, see https://www.fillachair.com/privacy. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The service

Fill a Chair helps shops fill cancelled openings and helps clients claim them. Openings can book out. We do not guarantee a chair. Shops set their own prices and services. A $4 fill fee may apply to the shop when a chair fills through the marketplace.

Accounts

Shop owners access a console with an email link. Clients prove a phone number with a one-time code. You are responsible for that email and phone.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, scrape it, or use it to spam. We may suspend access if messages or accounts are used in a way that violates carrier rules or the law.

Limitation

The service is provided as is. Fill a Chair is not liable for missed appointments, carrier delivery failures, or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.
