This policy covers how we handle information when you use fillachair.com, the Fill a Chair app, and our SMS program. Questions: [email protected].

Mobile numbers

We collect a mobile number only when you type it yourself — to sign in, book, or join a shop waitlist. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers. Your number is used to deliver Fill a Chair messages you asked for (login codes, chair-opening alerts, and optional rebook reminders) and to operate the service. How consent is collected is on https://www.fillachair.com/sms.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Login codes are sent only when you request one. Chair-opening texts are sent only when a shop you opted into posts an opening, typically a few times per month and never as a daily marketing drip. Rebook reminders are occasional and only if you opted in. Message and data rates may apply.

What else we collect

Depending on how you use Fill a Chair, we may store your name, bookings, shop affiliation, device push token, and approximate location you share so nearby openings can appear. We use cookies to keep you signed in.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any Fill a Chair or shop text to stop SMS from that program. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].

Carriers and vendors

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, SMS, email, analytics) only to deliver this service. They are not given your number to market their own products.
