Mobile numbers

We don't collect your mobile number while texting is off. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers. Text messages are not part of Fill a Chair right now.

Sign-in

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider and store them on your account. That is how we know who booked. Shop owners sign in to the console with an emailed link, and we store that email address.

What else we collect

Depending on how you use Fill a Chair, we may store your name, bookings, shop affiliation, device push token, and approximate location you share so nearby openings can appear. We use cookies to keep you signed in.

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics) only to deliver this service. They are not given your number to market their own products.
