Who is texted

End users who type their own mobile number on fillachair.com and check a box agreeing to messages from Fill a Chair. Shop owners are not enrolled through this form. A number imported by a shop is not consent.

Where opt-in happens

Shop waitlist: any public shop page at https://www.fillachair.com/s/{shop-slug}. The client enters a name and mobile number, then checks the consent box (same wording as on this page) before submitting.
Sign-in code: https://www.fillachair.com/login. The client enters a mobile number and checks a box agreeing to one one-time login code. That path does not enroll them in chair-opening alerts.

Consent language on the waitlist form

The checkbox is required. The form will not submit without it. Exact label:

“I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from [shop name] via Fill a Chair about last-minute chair openings and optional rebook reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. What we send

One-time login codes, only when requested.
Chair-opening alerts, only for a shop the person opted into.
Optional rebook reminders, only if they opted in.
